Holistic Coaching Program

Holistic coaching programs are designed to support individuals in achieving overall wellness and balance in their lives by taking a holistic approach that considers the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit. The goal of this type of coaching is to help individuals identify and address any imbalances or challenges that may be impacting their health and well-being.

Holistic coaching typically involves one-on-one sessions with a trained coach. During these sessions, the coach may help the individual to:

  • Identify their goals for overall wellness and balance

  • Explore the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of their lives

  • Assess their current habits, routines, and behaviors that may be impacting their health and well-being

  • Develop a personalized plan for achieving their goals, which may include recommendations for nutrition, exercise, self-care, and stress reduction techniques

  • Provide guidance and support as the individual works toward their goals

In addition to one-on-one coaching sessions, holistic coaching programs may also include group workshops, online resources, and community support, depending on individualized needs. These programs are typically designed to be flexible and tailored to the needs of each individual, so the length and frequency of coaching sessions may vary depending on the individual's needs.

Holistic coaching can be beneficial for individuals who are looking to achieve overall wellness and balance in their lives, or who are dealing with specific health or lifestyle challenges. However, it's important to note that holistic coaching is not a substitute for medical care or therapy for mental health issues. Individuals should consult with a qualified coach or therapist before beginning a holistic coaching program.

This is an intensive program that has been developed to focus on working deeply to make changes in areas of your life. This is done through integrating all aspects of yourself through inner work of meditation, dreamwork, journaling, guided imagery, working with symbols, and exploring pattern in relationships.  This is done in one-on-one sessions with Dr. Denise. She utilizes depth coaching techniques she has developed and fine tuned over the course of her time as a consultant and coach for the past 20 years to help create space for deeper healing to occur in a time-limited container. This has been designed for individuals located anywhere around the world as sessions provided via Zoom. While the structure of the program is well developed, there is a co-creation aspect that occurs between Dr. Denise and the client so the program can be tailored to meet individualized needs.

Module 1: LAYING THE FOUNDATION BY EXPLORING PATTERNs

  • Explore more in-depth what your relationship with yourself, family of origin, romantic partners, friends, business partners or co-workers, your body, and nature has been. Understanding of patterns creates more opportunity for different choice.

  • Exploring through right and left brained techniques to focus on early life, family, religion and sociocultural influences, sexual expression and “rules” so that you can begin to let go of what is not working and salvage any messages that are supporting you in a positive way.

  • Explorations of meaning and beliefs that certain relationships and events have held are key to unlocking different possibility and choice.

  • Setting goals for the work together during this time so that you will have accountability and support as deeper feeling, thoughts, body sensations and possible trauma rising to the surface to be healed.

Module 2: TERRA FIRMA

  • Through exercises and tools, gain a pinpointed understanded of what you are doing now in your life that is and is not working.

  • By having a firm understanding of the lay of the current land, you can then begin to create a roadmap to move toward your targets to create the life that you do wish to live.

  • Create smaller steps that are doable and objective for you to work on towards your larger targets.

  • Begin to see changes occurring as you begin to put work into achieving your coaching goals and targets.

Module 3: CONTINUING THE SUCCESS

  • Through embodiment, we learn. While there have been exercises and tools given throughout this program, the final portion of this program will continue to provide exercises, meditations and tools to help you make and sustain changes in your life, relationships and thinking and behaviors.

  • Develop an action plan so that you can continue to let your learning and developing of you unfold and deepen.

  • Half day sacred intensive(s)

  • Program assignments in between with a focus around your psychedelic experience, embodiment, the messages you may have received, synthesizing, making a plan sustained transformation.

  • Audio guided meditation recommendations

  • Email contact in between meetings as needed and within reason

About Dr. Denise Renye

Dr. Denise holds a Masters degrees in Human Sexuality from Widener University (Philadelphia), one of two accredited scholastic programs in human sexuality located in the US.  She is certified as a sexologist through the American College of Sexologists and has studied and taught specifically in topics of sexology in India, the Netherlands and Italy as well as domestically. She works with couples, individuals and groups around the topics of sexuality, sensuality and mystical experiences.
