Psychedelic integration coaching programs are designed to support individuals who have had experiences with psychedelic substances, such as psilocybin, LSD, or ayahuasca, and are looking to integrate those experiences into their daily lives. The goal of this type of coaching is to help individuals make sense of their psychedelic experiences, process any emotions or insights that arose during those experiences, and apply what they learned to their lives moving forward.

Psychedelic integration coaching typically involves one-on-one sessions with a trained coach. During these sessions, the coach will work with the individual to explore the details of their psychedelic experience, including any emotions, insights, or challenges that arose. The coach may also help the individual to identify ways in which they can apply what they learned from their experience to their daily life, such as by setting goals or making lifestyle changes.

In addition to one-on-one coaching sessions, psychedelic integration coaching programs may also include group workshops, online resources, and community support. These programs are typically designed to be flexible and tailored to the needs of each individual, so the length and frequency of coaching sessions may vary depending on the individual's needs.

Psychedelic integration coaching can be beneficial for individuals who have had a difficult or confusing psychedelic experience, or for those who are looking to deepen their understanding of themselves and their place in the world. However, it's important to note that psychedelic integration coaching is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment for mental health issues. Individuals should consult with a qualified coach or therapist before beginning a psychedelic integration coaching program.

This is an intensive program that has been developed to focus on integrating your psychedelic experience. The experience could have been 1 day ago, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year or even 5 or 20 years ago. Integration is key for sustained transformation. This is an opportunity to dive more deeply one-on-one with Dr. Denise. She utilizes coaching techniques, embodiment tools, and psycho-spiritual interventions to help create space for deeper healing to occur in a time-limited container. This has been designed for individuals located anywhere around the world. While the structure of the program is well developed, there is a co-creation aspect that occurs between Dr. Denise and the client so the program can be tailored to meet individualized needs.

Group integration circles are also an option. For more information, click here.

Who is this program for?

This is for you if:

  • you've had a psychedelic experience and, with integrity, want support to sustain and understand it or if you are planning one and want to make sure you have support for after the experience. This program can also support you if you are engaging in microdosing or working with Ketamine therapy.

  • The experience may have been 20 years ago, 2 years ago, or two weeks ago. Assimilating this is important and self-loving work that can help you sustain and make sense of the level of consciousness that you experienced during your journey.

  • This experience you had could have been recreational, in a therapeutic setting, in an FDA approved clinical setting, or accidental (which is not ideal and does happen)

  • Have a deeper understanding of what a dark night of the soul is and how to synthesize that into life.

Module 1: Psychedelic Experience Embodied

  • Dropping in to the body so that intuition and felt sense is enhanced

  • Exercises to review what you have learned about your inner landscape so that you synthesize what you continue to benefit from these elements of deep wisdom from within

  • Setting goals for the work together during this time so that you will have accountability and support to integrate your deepest insights from your psychedelic journey

Module 2: Synthesizing and Deepening the Meaning

  • Reflect on who were you before your journey so that you can see and hear you now in this present moment.

  • More deeply understand what this experience has taught you so that the messages can be sustained and you can continue embracing transformation and changes in your top side world/life

  • Exploring what messages arose during your experience so that you can more deeply access your inner wisdom with greater ease.

Module 3: Deepening Embodiment for more exploration and connection with your inner landscape and body wisdom

  • Dropping deeper down from the head, into the body and making embodied sense of your experience so you can use your mind as an ally, instead of the driver.

  • Learn specific embodiment techniques so that you have practical tools to sit with what may continually arise from this life changing experience.

  • Re-membering the body: embodiment in this lifetime is a gift and a privilege. This final month will assist you in sustained utilization of the gems you found in your journey.
