Online Sex Therapy

For Residents of California, Oregon, and Colorado

Sexuality is not peripheral.
It is a central organizing force in the psyche.

When it feels muted, conflicted, charged, or disconnected, it reverberates through the rest of your life.

I offer boutique, depth-oriented online sex therapy for individuals and couples who are ready to approach sexuality with psychological sophistication and emotional maturity.

A Highly Specialized Practice

My practice is intentionally small.

I work with a limited number of patients in order to provide focused, nuanced, and clinically rigorous care.

With over two decades of advanced training in human sexuality, depth psychotherapy, and trauma-informed treatment, I bring a level of specialization that extends well beyond general telehealth therapy.

This is not performance coaching.
It is not symptom management alone.

It is integrative psychological work.

Sessions are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant video for residents of California, Oregon, and Colorado.

A Different Kind of Online Therapy

Online work does not mean diluted work.

For many, engaging from their own environment allows for increased nervous system regulation and psychological safety. The frame remains structured, contained, and confidential.

This is depth psychotherapy delivered remotely with the same rigor and seriousness as in-person treatment.

Who this Work is For

The individuals and couples who seek this work are often:

• Insightful and self-aware
• Professionally accomplished
• Comfortable with introspection
• Motivated for meaningful change

And yet sexuality feels:

• Complicated or inconsistent
• Disconnected from the body
• Impacted by trauma or attachment history
• Difficult within partnership
• Charged with shame, anxiety, or performance pressure

You may have tried to think your way through it.

You may be ready to experience something deeper.

Clinical Focus Area

My online sex therapy practice includes work with:

• Desire discrepancy and erotic polarity
• Erectile and arousal concerns
• Genito-pelvic pain and vaginismus
• Trauma-related sexual shutdown or hyperarousal
• Attachment-driven intimacy patterns
• LGBTQIA+ identity and relational development
• Kink, erotic exploration, and nontraditional relationship structures
• Communication breakdown around sex
• Conscious relationship transitions

Sexual symptoms are rarely isolated. They are relational, developmental, and often unconscious.

We work at those layers.

The Unconscious and Sexuality

Sexual patterns are rarely random.

Attachment history, early relational experience, and nervous system imprinting shape how we move toward and away from intimacy.

Anxious dynamics may drive urgency.
Avoidant dynamics may mute desire.
Unresolved wounds may replay themselves in the body.

Unexamined patterns repeat.
Integrated patterns transform.

Good sex is not performance.

It is integration.

Body. Psyche. Relationship.

This is the work.
