What would it be like to feel more at home in your body?

Many people move through life primarily from the neck up, relating to the body as something to manage, judge, or control rather than inhabit. Over time, this can create a quiet but persistent sense of disconnection from sensation, pleasure, and physical presence.

Coming Home to Your Body is an individualized coaching program designed for people who want to cultivate a more conscious and compassionate relationship with their bodies and sexuality.

Guided by Dr. Denise Renye, this work integrates somatic awareness, sexuality mapping, and reflective inquiry to explore how personal history, relational experiences, and cultural messages shape the way we inhabit our bodies. Through this process, participants often begin to experience greater ease with sensation, a deeper sense of embodied presence, and a more integrated relationship with sexuality and self-expression.

For many people, reconnecting with the body becomes an important pathway toward feeling more grounded, alive, and authentic in daily life.

An Individualized Coaching Process

Coming Home to Your Body is intentionally designed as a high-touch, individualized coaching experience.

Rather than following a rigid curriculum, the work unfolds through an ongoing dialogue between you and Dr. Renye. Each person arrives with a different history, set of questions, and relationship to their body, and the coaching process evolves accordingly.

Areas of exploration may include:

Your Early Relationship with the Body
Exploring the messages you received about the body, sexuality, pleasure, and self-expression during childhood and adolescence.

Sexuality Mapping and Personal Narrative
Understanding how formative experiences, relationships, and cultural influences have shaped your beliefs about intimacy, desire, and connection.

Embodiment and Nervous System Awareness
Developing greater familiarity with sensation, presence, and emotional regulation through somatic awareness and guided reflection.

Pleasure Literacy and Sensual Awareness
Expanding the capacity to notice, receive, and integrate pleasurable experiences in ways that feel grounded and authentic.

Reclaiming Adult Sexuality
Cultivating a conscious relationship with desire, intimacy, and sensual expression as an evolving part of adult life.

People come to this work from many different starting points. Some are seeking a more compassionate relationship with their bodies after years of criticism or cultural pressure. Others are exploring questions related to sexuality, gender expression, or shifts in how they understand and inhabit their bodies over time. This coaching space welcomes individuals across a wide range of identities and lived experiences.

This program has truly been a gift, and I’m grateful for Dr. Renye’s wisdom, guidance, and unwavering support. I now feel more confident in my sexuality, more at peace in my body, and ready to step into my fullest potential. The program didn’t just change how I view my body; it changed how I live in it.."
