Are you curious about starting or developing your own yoga practice? Are you new to Yoga and would like to dive deeper and learn more?

This 6 week series will offer a safe space and personalized guidance through a complete Body/Mind/ Spirit program designed specifically to meet your needs and individual goals for overall health and well-being.

You will be introduced to a variety of gentle styles of yoga including; Hatha, Yin, Chakra and Restorative.

This class is for all self-identified men.
Designed for a new beginner or for those who wish to begin again. Don’t worry, being flexible is not a prerequisite. Bring your open mind, and wear comfy clothes. That’s all you’ll need!

Mats available to rent or purchase.
